Srm is family owned and i happened to come with my family so we all agreed we got star treatment for sure. Day one leaving the lot was so great. I was really excited to have a car perfectly matched to my preferences and price range. Before i left, my family noticed a few very small scuffs to the front fender after everything had been signed for. Geoffrey still took it upon himself to draft up a form saying they would get those minor blemishes prettied up for me when i returned! Bought as is doesn't stop these wonderful people from interstellar excellence! In the days after (i wanted to give it some time before posting) i brought it back to have it serviced and, unbeknown to me, a recall had come through. They gave me a rental so i could stay mobile and mike kept my car a bit longer to fix the recall! Very thorough - arda-marie t.
