I showed up on a tuesday morning to test drive a 2010 prius and mark was there to answer any questions i had. Really enjoyed his zero-pressure, almost laid back approach. He even offered me the opportunity to take the car to petaluma so my wife and kiddos could check it out. When i told him i'd like to sit on it overnight, he replied no problem. In the days after (i wanted to give it some time before posting) i brought it back to have it serviced and, unbeknown to me, a recall had come through.
