I showed up on a tuesday morning to test drive a 2010 prius and mark was there to answer any questions i had. Really enjoyed his zero-pressure, almost laid back approach. He even offered me the opportunity to take the car to petaluma so my wife and kiddos could check it out. The entire process was smooth, zero pressure, professional, and believe it or not, enjoyable.
